I haven't laughed that hard at a South Park in years, and shit, I even liked Indy 4.
George Lucas's laugh during the Deliverance rape scene tears me up every time.
That whole episode though, god. Just spot on.
Really, really hoping the rest of the season can uphold the bar that's been set.
I wonder how the inevitable episode about our economy will be.
I found it didn't need the ball shooting but other than that it was a great addition to the second half of the season.
Loved it. I didn't hate Indiana Jones 4, but I can agree with the show. I'm sure many others felt the same way.
Dude, it ain't cool to shoot a guy in the dick.
It seems as if they were determined to find a way to make rape funny.
The American Liberation half actually appealed to me more what with Cartman's 'Plan.'
I'm wondering how they'll tackle the election this time around.
It's far different from a douche and a turd.

What in the fuck? Those were by far the funniest lines in the show.
Show was pretty funny but not uber-funny. Election one should be good but I don't really think you got the douche turd thing. That more just meant that all politicians fucking suck and they wished there was someone else to vote for. I can get behind that sentiment most of the time.
Great episode.
Pretty amazing that the rape scene from The Accused still disturbs the hell out of me even in South Park animation style.
Also, nice touch with the lawyer playing a Willow arcade cabinet in that scene.
I watched the episode again and I'm wondering if they're trying to a put an over arching story into this season. I dunno...
I think maybe Cartman might be becoming the "reasonable" one and Kyle is starting to go crazy. It might be because I'm tired but it seemed like Cartman's speech at the end was like "I'm done with all of this shit, I'm going to start living different" while at the same time Kyle's storyline was completely absurd and not based in reality. Pry nothing but I thought I'd say something so I could be like "called it!" later.
The appropriately named "Chinese Probrem". Great episode. Great season-opener.
I couldn't help but laugh at the rape scenes - if only because how much it looked like Lucas and Spielberg wanted to "fuck" Indy over.
I guess I'll be the sole dissenter. I didn't like the episode at all. It felt so... done. Even for South Park, which I normally don't get tired of. The "Deliverance" part was really the only part that made me chuckle. I just felt like I could see the whole thing coming.
I felt that way too, I could feel the whole thing coming. It wasn't their best work and definitely shouldn't have been their opener (usually their opener is one of the best of the season, see "Fun With Weapons.") The shooting guys in the dick thing saved it for me though.
It wasn't the season opener

It was episode 7 or 8 of season 12. For some reason Trey and Matt put out groups of episodes sporadically and include them in the previous season until they get like 12 episodes.
Yeah, the AIDS episode was the season opener, wasn't it? This is still, what, season 12?

You are correct sir.
I'm quite aware of that fact but I consider this a season opener, even if Trey and Matt don't.
