Walk Hard -- Superlame until the part with the Beatles, about an hour/halfway thru the movie. After that everything was peachy. Reilly gave a really, surprisingly fantastic performance, I'm glad he was nominated some stuff for it.

The Haunting of Molly Hartley -- piece of shit movie that continually builds and builds for an hour and a half. Basic premise of that is extremely similar to Raven from Teen Titans when she turns of age and is apparently the anti-Christ or whatever, except for an hour and a half. Ending was fucking weak too. The score was highly reminiscient of the the score from Halloween, though. The soundtrack was full of hip teenage shit too so yeah that's about it.
Watched Leprechaun this morning. I love this kind of stupid stuff.
Bigger, Stronger, Faster* - This is a really, really good documentary on the steroid use issue in America and America's obsession with winning in general. This critic said it best "It'll shake up your beliefs not just about steroids but about competition, hypocrisy, body obsession and American notions of masculinity."
The Basketball Diaries: I remember seeing the film shortly after Titanic came out and at that age, a lot of the movie did not really hold well in my brain, nor did it make much sense...I just liked seeing the drugs. Seeing it again, I really enjoyed watching the horror the mind goes through from drugs and really how painful it can leave one's life. Leonardo DiCaprio did a pretty good job as a drug addict and I kind of want to read the true book.
Forgetting Sarah Marshall - I liked it, but I think we probably shouldn't have watched the extended version because it just went on and on (as extended versions tend to do). It was a bit much. Also, you could really tell the difference in writing style with Jason Segel behind the wheel.

One Missed Call - Good Lord, this was terrible. I wanted to watch it, for some reason (on HBO or whatever last night). However, we watched this yesterday, and "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" today, so a reference in "FSM" to a similar fictional movie wasn't lost on us. Kind of apropos, really.
Watched a movie on IFC (or Sundance I forget which) last night called Princess Aurora. Pretty awesome movie, I believe it was Japanese. It's a crime drama I guess, the police after a murderer and we see and follow the murderer the whole time but it's not your typical killer, it's pretty creepy and sad in the end.
Blindness - Very unique style of filming though the eyes of some of the blind people, I don't want to spoil it but it's as disturbing as it could be.
Wall-E: Finally saw the film and loved every second of it. Amazing story. Pixar is amazing how they can keep cranking out such amazing movies.

The Filth and the Fury: I was up late last night and saw this film on tv. It was pretty interesting and how much I really did not know about punk and how it was created and the views of the Sex Pistols. It also makes me think that punk in America was never true punk, but just poser punk or something. Very interesting and it showed me the true reason behind punk and there message.
Bender's Game: I liked it better than The Beast with A Billion Backs. Most of the spoofs were pretty funny, but It really didn't have much of an interesting overall plot.
Zack and Miri Make a Porno: I really liked it. Not much else to say really. I was surprised at how raunchy it was and still received an R rating.
Saw Quantum of Solace. Twice. Yeah, twice in one night is definitely a new low for me. Damn good, though. I'm glad they made it as a direct sequel to Casino Royale, rather than an individual "episode" as always seemed the case in the past. Put those two back to back and you have a pretty cohesive experience, especially since QoS begins, at most, only a few hours after Casino Royale.
Changeling
Really good period flick,
Starts out rather slow, but it gets really intense after the half-way point.

Role Models ended up being a good flick, against all expectations.
Lighthearted and idealistic like most comedies. Although I did see it for free, so if I had paid for the ticket, I might not have liked it as much.
Quantum of Solace, as Nama said, great movie and I too am glad it was a direct sequel to Casino Royal. I'm very happy with how James Bond is turning out now. I am not missing the chessiness that was around during Pierce Brosnan's films.
Wall-E -- it was OK. yup. just OK, nothing more, nothing less. Maybe I'll think higher of it (and that's a big maybe) upon repeated viewings like with The Incredibles, but as of now, it wasn't anything too special, to be honest. kinda disappointed with that. Of course it's better than Cars but hell, anything's better than Cars. Message was a little heavyhanded too but eh, didn't bother me too much since the message was a worthwhile one.

So far I've watched
Zack and Miri Make a Porno
and Quantum of Solace this month.

I've seen Quantum earlier today. Loved it, the direction was perfect. I have a gripe about the end, but since I don't know how to add a spoiler, I'm not at liberty to say
