Hooligans of the Night

I just started this game tonight and since getting stars in order to open more difficult levels is dependent upon high scores, this is a great game to get some competition going. I think I'm only one of two people here who currently have the game, but hopefully that will change. The game is highly addicting and very easy to get into. Very difficult to put down. It makes you want to get the high score!

So, come on, Hooligans! Post your high scores here and make me work for top ranks again!

high score amount = this is only listed if someone has beaten the "level score"
/# of presents/star/mini-marios = this details the amount of presents, if you received a star, and how many mini-marios were finished with in the "mm" level

Seriously, good job! And Ebo, I could send you the rom to try out if you'd like. Honestly, emulation is fine in this thread if it's up to me.

Funk - I have updated the master high score list.

FYI - If you don't get the "star", you have not beaten the default level high score. So, I've only updated your high score on world 1-2.

Thanks! I wouldn't worry, though, I was playing a little farther and that's the only one I could muster above the default high score. This game is tough! Sometimes I think I'll do good, but in truth, I see I didn't even come close to a respectable score.

I think I'll just blame it on my keyboard. Yes...the keyboard.

Josh, I really think it's the keyboard because the whole first world is really easy.

? I think you missed my point. I was agreeing with you about it being the keyboard. You would do much better with the actual GBA in hand. Didn't mean to sound like I was tearing you down. Just the opposite.

In order to get really high scores, you've got to have alot of time left at the end of each stage. And jumping is a key element in the game. I don't see how a keyboard could help shave seconds off the clock when it comes to jumping.

Yeah, probably so. I was just kidding about the keyboard thing, although it could play some small part in it. I contribute it to me sucking at videogames in general. :mrgreen:
