5,794,500. My scores previous to that were in the high end three millions so I thought this was a pretty good accomplishment.
On this computer, 5,529,250. On the old school computer, it was in the 8-million mark. Of course, it took me many hours to achieve that mark.
Guess Im not as good as I thought.
Brandon, it took several years of playing on the philosophy dept. computers every few days to get a fluke score of 8 million. Don't be so hard on yourself!
Finally, I achieved the 8 million mark. (I was hoping for ten.) My score was 8,555,000
back in High-school, I averaged at 3 million. Top score was around 6 or 7 million, but I never got too close to that again.
Basically, I'd start each ball at the right pressure for a timing bonus and just let it drop. Then I'd use the free try-again/sympathy ball to get points at the top of the table.
How far did you guys get in rank? I only got as far as Ensign(sp?), with only one more mission before the next.
OH, I remember "Enigma".. I loved that game on my old old computer. I think I got to level 3 or 4.. I'm pretty much a pinball noob, lol.
My highest is around 5-6 million as well and my highest rank was the third one I believe. I don't remember what it was.
8 million is insane.
I'll have to play it again sometime, I think I averaged around 3 million, but I didn't play very often.
